i have never experienced such terrible customer service or bad work in my entire life.. took my car in after an accident.. went over what needed to be done.. when i got my car back i noticed they ignored half the things they told me needed to be done.. so i had to take it back in so they could fix the things they said they would in the first place, they called me a few days later and told me, for the second time my car was ready.. i went to pick it up to find out shortly that it wasn't and not only was it not fixed but actually they had done more damage.. I'm almost certain they did these things on purpose.. one i know they did for a fact on purpose.. i have an aftermarket alarm system on my car, when i picked up the keys the first thing i noticed was that they broke the button for locking the doors, upset i took the keys and went out to my car to see if it would work without the button.. it didnt.. i had to open the car manually.. after getting into the car i pulled out my spare set of keys i kept in the glove box.. they didnt work either so i knew something else was wrong.. i popped the trunk and checked my battery finding a hammer, wrench and gloves which they left in my trunk.. getting back in the car in the car to check my alarm i noticed the wires had been cut!! cut off completely!! and just left there like i wouldn't notice they had ruined my alarm!! i also then noticed an oil stain on my suede seats! i went right back inside where they tried to tell me the key and seat were like that when i brought it in.. i demanded to talk to a manager.. who told me to leave me car with them and they would fix it.. which i knew was crap.. i said the last time i left my car with you guys you made it worse than it was before.. he told me about another location i could take my car to.. even though i was very skeptical i agreed to do it.. and still it got worse from there.. in total i had to take my car in to two different locations 7 different times.. and they still didnt remove the oil stain from my seat, they still didnt fix an issue with my bumper, and i had to bring them a receipt after paying to fix the alarm myself and they would reimburse me.. even though the manager still admittedly thought i cut my own alarm wires!! I have uploaded a pic of my key that they claimed was "like that" when i brought it in.. i wish i took pictures of the rest of the damage they did.. seeing as how it was a lot.. i would suggest you take your car anywhere else.. i can't believe how they treated me or my car
