  • UPDATE: im always at this office 20 minutes before my scheduled appointments and they are ALWAYS bringing me to the back late. i'm constantly having to work around their schedule discrepancies its ridiculous. while the staff behind the door is amazing, their front desk staff could use about fifty lessons on customer service. TIA is amazing and extremely nice. She helped me get a breast pump so I can continue to breastfeed my baby while going back to school. She also hooked it up with other accessories to help me out. She is always so caring and really listens to your concerns in regard to breastfeeding, definitely kudos to her! Everyone is nice here, sometimes the front desk can be a little on edge but I don't blame them they hear crying babies all day. The waiting room can get extremely loud but what do you expect. Wait times are sometimes ridiculous but having to only come every 2 months makes it tolerable.
