  • Super cool brewery that my sister has been raving to me about for the better part of a year. We went on the Friday before St. Patrick's, so it was pretty packed. We were able to find a spot at the bar and enjoyed a couple of flights. I loved the sour and was impressed with the different syrups they offer (we went with strawberry basil). Ultimately, I got the Carolina Sparkle Party, Beauty and the Beets, Path to the Dark Side, and Maple Canyon. I would happily go back for any of those in larger form! My favorite aspect of this spot is probably the attempt at sustainability in the bathroom. They have a planter under the paper towel dispenser, so the water dripping from your hands after you wash them doesn't go to waste. The planter only had dirt and rocks in it when I was there, but this is a great concept and I'd love to see more restaurants, stores, etc. pick it up.
