  • I love Kierland and was please to find a shop that caters to the cosmetic needs of all. In all fairness rating the associate isn't fair overall. Shes fairly new to Cos Bar. But I was hoping for better trained Associates. She was reluctant to recommend me a product before determining what I could afford. The store had an abundance of help so I was disappointed to find the displays in need to a wipe down. It was later in the day so I over looked that even though multiple associates were available and they were not cleaning. I was checking out the skin care line on the wall behind the counter and noticed so much dust you could see where product had been removed. I will not return.
