  • i went to the watch counter to have a watch battery replaced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO MACY'S TO HAVE YOUR WATCH BATTERY REPLACED. A very kind lady informed me that they do not do that there, but they would be happy to take my watch and ship it off to have the battery replaced for $51. I smiled and told her no. BUT THEN (and this is why they get 4 stars) she told me she would not do that either and there is a great local little jeweler only a couple miles away that will change my battery quickly (while I wait) and inexpensively ($10). I appreciate that level of customer service. She showed understanding and made a very helpful recommendation. Well done, Macy's.
