  • We were VERY pleased with our recent visit to Brilliant Bridal. My daughter is getting married in December so we knew we didn't have much time to find a dress. We had made an appointment and received excellent service from Lindsey. She was so kind, professional and helpful. While my daughter was able to look around the shop and select some dresses she liked and wanted to try on, Lindsey also pulled dresses based on the information she gleaned from my daughter. Lindsey was SPOT ON--she found a dress just like my daughter envisioned!! The first dress was "the one." However, my daughter did try on a few others just to make sure... but went back to the first dress that we all loved! (I'd like to note that when we first saw the dress in the bag, we weren't quite sure about it and my daughter almost didn't try it on, but Lindsey was encouraging and said "they always look different on," so to just give it a try. Lindsey was right! We were so glad we listened to her experience.) We were looking for a modest gown with sleeves and preferred it to be already part of the dress, not needing to be "built up," which we learned is VERY difficult to find. Thankfully the shop had just got this dress in a couple days before. We had a budget of $600 and thankfully this dress was a good fit, both in style and price. My daughter is very tiny and so the dress will need to be altered, but we expected that. Lindsey referred us to OK Alterations and were equally pleased with their attention during the first fitting. Finally, my daughters are all big fans of the show "Say YES to the dress" So, of course we were hoping to have a similar experience. I'm quite pleased to say that we felt like there could have been cameras lurking, as our experience was similar. Lindsey even "jacked her up" complete with up-do and veil to help finalize our decision to say "YES" to this dress! Thank you, Brilliant Bridal, and especially Lindsey, for helping us find the dress of my daughter's dreams!
