I went to see Passenger the day after Christmas and could not believe what an utter S$&@ show it was to get food and drinks prior to the movie! The lack of any type of customer service "flow" made ordering, paying, and receiving food/drink very confusing for a lot of patrons. The lobby appeared so dull and disheveled I thought I was in a North Korean theater! The food was barely edible (we had to reorder the cheese sticks because they were uncooked in the middle), the condiment tables were filthy and the woman's rest room had no TP. Although once I mentioned this to an obvious overwhelmed teenager, she took off to rectify the situation.
Once inside the theater everything was cool because hey, everything looks better in the dark! The reclining chairs helped us relax and enjoy the movie. Unfortunately the lights were on in the lobby when we left and I was having North Korean POW flashbacks!
