  • I really don't give any star for this store!! We bought Cooked Beef Sushi rolls on February 24th and put them in the refrigerator but by the next day they were moldy on February 25th!! Yuk!! I live far away and was not able to go back to the store until Saturday 27th. However they refused to exchange, store credit or give me a refund. It clearly stated on the package "Sell by March 1st." We drove for a half hour to shop there and usually spend more than $100 every time. Not only did she admit the product was un fit for human consumption she tried to blame us for the problem. She said we have to come back within 24 hrs...to exchange. However the sticker said best eat til March 1st. And the sushi was moldy well before the best by date. The manager told us that they make fresh those everyday but it can't get moldy that quick. WE WILL NEVER EVER go back to this store again!! The manager was SO RUDE and has no concept of customer service She was insulting and disrespectful. I'm going to go to the Seoul Grocery on Dunlap next time. What a joke.
