  • New owners again (that's like 2 sets of new owners in 4-5 months) Right away she asks why I don't want gel even though she can see I have healthy natural nails. Manicurist started filing my nails without asking what shape I wanted even though my nails are square. Filed way into the edges and then asks if I like it. Overzealous on the cuticles, cut me, didn't acknowledge it. Place does not feel as clean as tools were being taken from their work station and not from sterilizer machine.
