  • the worst experience i have ever had in a (supposed) dental professional office .... i arrived on time for my scheduled appointment .... after a 40 minute in the waiting room ... i sat 15 minutes in the dental chair .... before the dentist and her assistant came in and ask if i still had dental insurance .... i have never had dental insurance .... after several questions it was obvious .... they had my records wrong .... i was refused treatment ... stating i had not been in for treatment in 13 months ... my last visit i had my teeth cleaned and x-rays made .... i had 3 teeth i needed to get filled that day .... the dentist never ask what my dental problem was or even look in my mouth .... she was only interested in taking more x-rays and my lack of dental insurance .... i was refused service after i had scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and driven 40 minutes (one way) to her office .....as a senior citizen and a veteran ... i have never felt so discriminated against in my life .... i will report this matter to the north carolina state board of denistry, the unc chapel hill school of denistry and better business bureau
