  • Came to Phoenix on business boondoggle for the WM Open. Hotels booked all over town, so spent first night at Phoenician (Fantastic) and second night at Hyatt. What a contrast - Hyatt is old and tired. King bed room was cramped. Bathroom belongs in a Motel 6. Walls are made of rice paper - heard TVs, music and conversations from neighbors. Room overlooked front entry so valets yelling at each other, doors slamming... no need to go on. Spend your money elsewhere. This one is toast.
