Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered my usual drink and wanted to get the new steak and egg wrap with avocado spread. The Starbucks employee Sophie was extremely rude. Thought I ordered a Caramel latte instead I wanted the cascarda latte. So I corrects her and then stated I wanted the steak and egg wrap with the avocado spread. I couldn't even get out avocado before she snapped at me and stated they were out. So I pulled up to the window she handed me my drink. I put my straw in and automatically tasted Carmel. I told her I think my drink is wrong and that I could taste caramel and she rudely stated that I was wrong went I finally had enough and pushed back telling her no I taste it she said whatever your wrong but I'll get it fixed. She then came back with my food and then had the manager give me my new drink. When I asked for a manager the lady who handed me my drink stated she was when I tried to explain the situation and letting her know her drive thru employee was extremely rude the MANAGER was rude to me and said she would talk to her and closed the window. I live right down the street from this Starbucks but after this terrible experience and the customer service I will gladly take my money I spend everyday and drive to a different Starbucks.
