  • About 10 days ago I wrote a review complaining about Walgreens' pharmacy phone service I received from a female pharmacy employee. Today, I called Walgreens' pharmacy, reached a polite young woman who was the template for efficiency and friendly service. She was attentive, got the list of medications right the first time, looked them up promptly, advised me of what was available and explained what was not and why. She indicated that I could pick up my medications in 2 hours. Excellent service. Thanks, Walgreens!
