What even is this place? The underground parking lot and the escalator and cart elevator blow my mind every time I'm here. Kind of makes Madison feel like a real city. I love it.
The only beef I have with the place is they cater way too hard to the college crowd. But I like to play devil's advocate with myself, so I will say it's obvious why they do this (location), and most of my experience has, to this point, been at the peek of back-to-school sales. So I get that. However, the clothing section is actually impossible to navigate with a cart, because it is so cramped. I'm hoping this will go away as UW students return and gobble up the merchandise, but for now, I'll keep my opinion as, "I'd like to be able to shop without intense claustrophobia kicking in."
