  • My family has been going to this clinic for many years we like and respect Dr. Jaffe she's been great veterinarian to my family. But when it comes to the front desk staff they are RUDE RUDE RUDE they have now driven us to take our business elsewhere. Today Miranda told me the cost of my visit and ignored me from then on. She had the audacity to sit and talk to another patient who walked in after I got to the desk while I was paying. Attention should be on one person at the desk paying at that time for services and then the next person gets their turn. She continues to talk to the other woman while making no eye contact with me once hands me the receipt. No have a nice night or anything no acknowledgment what so ever. This was the 2nd incident in about 3 weeks... Her or another girl got snippy with me because I left a message with them to give me a call back to let me know if my puppy was clear of her parasites after I paid for 3 fecal test and 2 rounds of medication fecal test are I believe $34 every time keep that in mind...."We do not call you if test is negative it says that on the paper" -Front desk girl I do not care if you do not call if the test is negative when I specifically left a message and said call me back. The front desk act like they are doing you a favor when you walk into the clinic. They would not be sitting in that chair if people like me were not bringing in their cats and dogs day after day. Well that is about it...Again Jaffe is GREAT unfortunately you can not avoid the high and mighty front desk women.
