  • I have bought my groceries from Luciano's No Frills every week for three years, spending ~$120 each time. Today I bought my groceries, put them in the car and proceeded to walk to another store two doors down. I was stopped by a parking officer hired by No Frills who threatened me with a $70 fine for leaving my car in their lot. I explained that I had just spent $120 and that I only needed one item from the dollar store that No Frills did not carry. He laughed and said too bad. I had to move my car out onto the street for $0.45 street parking in order to make my next purchase. Ironically I gave my change to a charity posted inside No Frills so had no money for the meter. I chanced it and came out to a $30 ticket. Thanks No Frills. After three years of shopping with you, today will be my last.
