We were given the run around repeatedly with regards to the warranty. First, the Goodyear store told us any store nationwide could sort out the warranty. Took it to a local store in California and were told we'd need to call the original store that did the repair again. Called them and were told we'd need to bring the phone back to Goodyear so they could look at it. Absolutely fed up with the bullshit, we cut our losses and just took it to Apple to have it fixed the *right* way, because it was clear we were never going to *actually* get a refund, we were just being passed back and forth.
