| - First time shopping there with my elderly mother, some workers were placing items on the display window booking the aisle forcing us to go around, no big deal we did it, but after going through every aisle, my mother got tired and decided it was time to go home as we reached the aisle that they were working on my mom nicely asked if she could just move a small step ladder about 3 inches so she could get by, instead of having to go all the way around, the lady who later told me her name was Laura ( after asking her 3 times) didn't know I was standing about 6 feet away hearing the conversation was so unbelievably rude to my mom and replied just go around my mom again said can't I just move it real quick, she again said can't you just go around, my mom got upset and said excuse me I need to get thru, the lady was about to reply when I stepped in and asked her how she could deny passage to my elderly mother seeing as how she's not feeling good and how could she possibly speak to her in that manner, she rolled her eyes and let her thru., I mentioned it to the cashier and she said it's because the manager wants her to finish fast but she wouldn't call the manager. There was another cashier who was nice and understanding but I was shocked at the treatment and the couple in front of us were also complaining of how Laura spoke to them. Very disappointed
