  • The theater and reclining chairs are nice. The bathrooms are okay but kind of messy. The 1 star is for the the completely ass experience that we had while watching a PG-13 movie. About a half-hour in a child with a volume problem began yelling, screaming, and running around in the aisles. This kid was maybe 3 or 4? The parents made no attempt to curb this behavior. We had to leave and go all the way to the front to complain twice, and the staff did absolutely nothing to get them to quiet down or rectify the problem. Several people went and got refunds, we were offered passes for another movie. We just wanted to watch the one we were at but they did absolutely nothing to make it right.
