  • The store is nice, clean and spacious. Staff up front were very helpful. But the maintenance team didn't impress me, plus they didn't seem very knowledgable. You wouldou. I had to stand there looking stupid at the counter before one of the members would acknowledge that i was waiting to be helped. Once I explained what I was looking for...they were unsure what part i was talking about (yes-i even showed them the part I was looking for on another bike) and were unsure if they could order the part. You would think for as much as you pay for one of their bikes, the team would be jumping to help you.
