  • I just bought a Frigidaire drop in range at the Spencer's location in Scottsdale. The range was broken when it was delivered, and it has taken weeks, and it is still not fixed. The heating elements will not turn off, so it needs a new assembly and control board. Any reputable company would exchange the range, but they are making me wait weeks for the parts. Will NEVER buy anything there again.
