  • If you decide to do business with them, watch out for Bill. Bill likes to yell and scream at the tenants as they drive through, claiming we are all speeding. Twice, Bill confronted me and blocked my vehicle in an effort to intimidate me. Yelling and screaming about how fast I drive.( Just for record, I wasn't speeding. Bill lives on the property and doesn't like the fact that I drive through there at 3-4am to get my work truck and head out for the day.) As I start to ask Bill questions about what the problem is, he will yell at you some more as he gets back in his golf cart to drive away. The man is ignorant, rude, and totally unprofessional. If you are willing to put up with that sort of abuse as a paying customer. Please rent here. I found a lot that has been much nicer and cheaper. My feeling is that until Bill is no longer associated with this company, you need to stay very far away from here.
