  • A couple days before our trip to Las Vegas my wife who is currently 24 weeks into her pregnancy had some premature bleeding that sent us to the emergency room. The hospital would not let us leave right away, and I kindly asked if they could just wave the one day cancellation fee and we would stay the next. And the manager Alex, found no sympathy whatsoever and decided to continue to charge us to cancellation fee, despite having the ability to do otherwise. My advice if your woman is pregnant, or there's any risk of medical emergency do not book through this establishment. They are very insensitive and do not care about their customers. Only the amount of money they can make from them. Really sad to hear this seeing as we were initially looking forward to staying here.
