  • Fabulous. Absolutely fabulous from the moment that I entered the door, and saw my name on the Guest of the Day placard. Square footage & comfort within the room met my expectations regarding high standards, comfort, and cleanliness. I would expect nothing less with an HGI property. The property amenities of the outdoor pool (up to 5.5 feet in cubic water volume at the deep end) plus the huuuuuuuuuuuge fitness center were a plus. Did I mention that the fitness center was huge? HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE! And one plus was that within the fitness center is the laundry area that is absolutely free of charge to guests. Nice! Breakfast adjacent to the lobby was up to expectations. Quite a bit to choose from. I prefer items directly from the kitchen, and not necessarily from the buffet-style area. The kitchen did not disappoint in making items that were high in quality, as well as taste. Customer service? Absolutely outstanding. Its a good feeling to see front desk agents convey the impression that they enjoyed assisting guests. Will certainly return to the property in large part based on the staff's hospitality, as well overall room & food quality. Worth noting, this property is conjoined with Hilton's Home 2 Suites. What does this mean? If your GPS is routed for the HGI, don't be surprised in seeing the Home 2 Suites from the road first. You are definitely in the right area!
