  • I could write a book on this place but Ill try to sum it up. If a lot of noise, unsupervised children, and money are of no issue to you, then this is your place. Yes there is a pool... but you'll likely never want to use it due to the literally 25 plus children whom are mostly unsupervised splashing around and screaming like crazy (this is no exaggeration). Yes there are gas grills, that are typically broken. The place is not a gated community, don't let that fool you. If you live on the 1st or 2nd floor, the people walking around above you will sound like elephants. My lights literally shake and make noise. Be prepared to have people walking into your home without your consent regularly. If you ask for your place to be sprayed for bugs... they will just let themselves into your home. When I moved here I was told an additional $20 a month would be added to my rent for water, sewer and trash combined. I clarified that that would be it, nothing additional. Well... that was a lie. They tacked on a monthly $5 service fee to "bill me," around $40 for water and sewer, and the additional $20 was only for the trash alone! This place also changed all of the units addresses, without informing me. Yes, this is for real... Mailing hell for over a year. The post office then got confused too and I was being directed to take it up with them instead of Nantucket handling the mess they created. It is not certain that mail will end up in your box. So if you like loud music, loud people, hearing basketballs being dribbled right by your window at 11pm, 2am, 5am, children screaming, say hello to Nantucket. I like to call it Man*ucket.
