  • I recently went here with a friend for a mani and pedi. I think that visually this place looks like the best looking nail salon around, but if you ask me, everything else is not that great...There is no denying this place is POPULAR, but not a lot of clients will review this place properly. First of all, at no other place has someone "professional" cut my nails in a way to make them BLEED in a couple of places! I HOPE I DIDN'T CATCH SOME UNTREATABLE INFECTION! Second of all if you haven't guessed yet, my hands and feet were not handled GENTLY. I felt like I was being RUSHED through service, at a place that frankly should feel relaxing. Is it not a "SPA"? And If I were you, I wouldn't try to ask of anyone in there to make a cute custom design either. They cannot tell a difference between one flower type over another. Seriously? They are EXPENSIVE! I couldn't find a coupon or get a discount at that time either. I get that they get so much good business without having to advertise anyway, but not being considerate of other people's financial status cannot be good in terms of profit. Spare yourself.
