Not to be rude but efficiency should be one of the most important things for anything travel related, and that goes for airports. I had a layover in Toronto Pearson International Airport, and I've also landed + left from here before as well. I'm thankful for their Wifi and their Tim Hortons. As of right now, that's about it. First off, for my layover, I had to go through customs in order to get back in again. Standard, I get it. But??? This airport had me jumping through hoops to do so. We went up an escalator only to go back down again, then up again in an elevator, then back down again.. Then up again? And back down again.. Something like that. It was really confusing and some of their signs weren't even helpful and we thought we were going in the wrong direction at some points. That's quite literally the last thing I need to happen when I'm at the airport. What if my flight landed late and I was running for my life through this place to get onto my next flight? That would be the end of me. Anyways, I know you can't rebuild an airport but that's my biggest complaint. I would also appreciate some charging stations at every gate. That's about all I have to say here. Cheers.
