  • Rough. They were nice when I called. They were even nice when I interacted with them when they came out to the house. My issue was pigeon control. I had them on every ledge. When the guy came out he said he could get rid of them. He did a great job of pressure washing the house and putting up spike strips. The problem was he left a bunch of ledges with no strips. So of course the pigeons moved from the place with spikes to the place without. I was at work when he started working so I couldn't inspect his work. So I called a few days later and the same guy came back out. He put up a few more strips for an additional fee. I still have pigeons nesting on my house. They are just nesting near the spikes. I need a company to come to my house and spray on a monthly basis but I cannot trust/ use this company. It's a shame too because they are nice people who simply do sub-par work.
