  • This store has a ton of useful and beautiful products but unfortunately the service was what I've come to expect when I'm shopping on Queen St - nearly non-existent. I was not offered help until I asked for it and even when I did I was given half-hearted and inaccurate suggestions. For example, when I asked if they carried hanging fruit baskets, I was told "Well we have this spice rack..." The service was definitely not terrible but simple help with a smile goes a long way.
