My hopes were high....Steve was very helpful, found what I was looking for as well as my neighbor...set up delivery for 2 weeks(purchased 2/25) then it went to crap. Though Brandon is very helpful and nice (delivery/planting on 3/14) NOT one item was correct, my tag was not on my guava for starters. REDFLAG!! so my neighbor and I went down there again (3/15) to not only bring her "dead" plant back but to find out what happened. Well Steve did say he put in dwarf instead of standard for 2 of my plants so that was corrected then we went to see if my guava was still there and IT WAS! still with my green tag/ last name on it, so he tagged it again, then to make sure we tagged the rest , as I for sure thought this couldn't happen again I bought a few more. WRONG!! so Brandon returned today (3/22) NOT ONE PLANT out of 10 was correct nor had my tag on them!! and the invoice even said TAGGED GREEN on it, so I call very upset. I will update when I get a call back and a solution...for the amount I spent this is unacceptable!
