  • I have lived in the area for a little over 4 years now. Between my car and my wife's i have been here a total of 6 times if memory serves correct. I'm writing this review because today i took a tire in to be repaired from a flat last night, and this man was in the office complaining about how he saw they had a 3.2 star rating on yelp and was only using them because they were closest to his residence. So before they have done any work, quote, anything hes already complaining. I could feel the tension in the room but the manager handled it very well especially when there were other customers in the sitting area and just moved the conversation along instead of getting defensive. Anyway it just made me realize that a large base of yelp users are extremely passionate about sharing their displeasure most of the time and on the rare end share the good experiences (people allow bad experiences have a bigger impact on us and we want everyone to know about it). They have been terrific for the past 4 years and I'm happy with them. I know they are NOT the cheapest but when they do it its been done right. Sorry it took me so long to let people know about my experience.
