Service was Ok. It was my first time here, so I didn't know what to expect, as I normally go to other places. I was told about an hour to an hour and a half for my wait. It took overall about 1 hour 50 minutes.
It was body, stuff happens. Oh well not a huge deal breaker. The WiFi, outlets, snacks, coffee were pretty nice to have. Seating availability for as plentiful.
One guy or salesman (I think) came back out to show me a checklist of things they did on my car. He said what needed attention were my brakes and tires. They went horrible but he didn't mention that eventually soon I should look into replacing them. I declined as I was on a time crunch.
Later when I got home. I was looking under my hood and noticed that my coolant was almost bone dry. I checked the list that they gave me and it's checked all as green (good to go). I wasn't angry at the fact that they missed this but more towards the fact that they could have and might have overlooked plenty of things. It's a bunch of things on that list and I just caught one which was by accident.
Not sure if I'll be back. The reason why I don't work on my own car is that I don't trust myself enough to do it. It's hard to be able to trust and pay these guys now after my first visit alone .
