I was always happy with this dealership for service until recently. The two best service consultants left. I have taken my car in a few times for a tire that has a slow leak. The first few times, they could not find the problem. The last time, they said there was corrosion causing it, which they removed. After that visit, I had to get air every two days. Now, I take it elsewhere to find out the valve is bad and has a slow leak. So, I paid Kenny Ross for nothing and now paying again. They missed some safety concerns when I have taken it in for regular service. The consultants are I commission and recommend unnecessary jobs while the mechanics are missing the important ones. I am a long time customer and will only be back for necessary items. They even missed a broken cable which was causing my hood to have difficulty closing. I hope they can clean up their act and provide better service.
