  • The ice cream is good quality. I just got a waffle come with strawberry ice cream and sprinkles. The waffle cone tasted weird to me, like ginger bread but also soft. I prefer my cone to be crunchy so this didn't sit well with me. Not sure what the deal was. They are still working out the kinks as the service and how the line orients needs improvement. The kids behind the counter definitely need more training and customer service skills. E.g.: server spoke so low I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I asked to taste one kind of ice cream and he gave me a different kind, this happened to the customer behind me as well. I don't think the server knew how to read the layout of the ice cream cooler. He also set my cone down on the counter, not sure how sanitary that was. Then when he went to add the sprinkles he picked them up with his hand and smushed them onto the ice cream, very strange. I asked for extra sprinkles on the side bc there were only about the on the cone. But my strawberry ice cream and extra sprinkles were delicious. Most likely I will return since it's down the street from my house but overall CREAM leaves a little to be desired.
