  • Had our daughters 10th birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon. BIG mistake! First off our party host ( David Westlake) seemed like he had NO idea what he was doing. Completely unorganized! Would disappear often, to what I am assuming was to attend to other party's he was hosting. The place was so packed full of party's and to the general public that it was a complete madhouse! The area where you would pick up your skates had about at least a 20 minute wait time! The host repeatedly came over and kept telling us that one thing after another (the pizza, the cotton candy tower, the cupcakes, the DJ stand Birthday announcement) was going to be a bit of a wait. They had so many birthday party's crammed in there that it was taking forever to get anything! On top of all that we had rented out the little skate assist things for some of the younger kids in our party and kept getting them taken away by other people. Even though WE had paid for them! Towards the end of the party our host disappeared for quite sometime and when he finally returned (after all of our party guest had left) he handed us our bill and said he would grab our guest party bags! At that point I asked to speak to a manager! The manager came over and apologized to us and told us that our host was "kind of" new at party hosting and he would refund us back $30 (the cost of the 10 gift bags) This place is greedy, completely unorganized and needs new management!! I will never have another birthday party here again!
