Update!
This is the truth: it's been one full month since I walked out of their office after checking in, seeing the technician for an eye pressure "pre-exam", waiting 2 hours for the doctor...this is all post op for a vitrectomy...a pretty involved retinal surgery. And this is after about six office visits which all involved at least 2 hrs of waiting to see a physician. I told myself if this wait goes to 2.5 hrs (like all the others) I'm walking out. So now it's been one month and they have never even called to check up on me. AMAZING. The singularly worst experience I have ever had with a physician's office in my life. Can you even imagine a doctors' office who would not follow up with you an entire month post-surgery? Like, "hello, are you ok?"WOW. Super incompetent.
