  • Horrible office staff! I haven't even seen the doctors. I have been trying to get appointments for my three kids for two weeks. Every time I have called, I was put on hold for over ten minutes. I was told they are short staffed and it is difficult to schedule new patients. I said if it is that hard to schedule I will call another doctor's office. She (Patrice?) said "okay". I guess they don't need anymore patients.
