  • This was nightmare visit. I went in a saturday morning to buy some replacement bags for my vacuum. There were 2 women on the floor knew I needed help, since I was just standing there and no other customers were there. I asked if they could help me pick out bags for my vacuum. They asked if they I knew my model number and didnt know it at the time. It is the digital age and I could of easily pulled it up on my phone and the women turned their back on me and refused to help me. I was totally embarrassed just standing there waiting for an answer. They flagged another employee from the back that was already was with a customer, and the 2 women were not doing anything but on a computer. After waiting for 15 minutes , I said forget it and went to the front an explained the situation to a cashier and she agreed with the women and was just as rude. I was beside myself for I have come to this store before and referred other customers and like the store. The customer service that I received that day has forever discouraged me from going there. I will never be going here again.
