  • After having a terrible experience due to bad service on our first visit, the general manager went out of his way to remediate the problem. He emailed me within a couple days of me posting a negative review and apologized about our experience. He informed me that the bartender who had waited on my boyfriend and I had been fired, and invited us to come back for dinner and drinks on him. We took him up on the offer tonight, and were very impressed. The bartender who waited on us tonight was very friendly and provided great service. Our food (steak frites and the sweet corn Caesar) was wonderful, and we will hopefully be back soon. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the management's effort to make sure all of their customers are happy, and I really appreciated the effort that was made on our behalf.
