  • I was very weary signing a lease to this place because of the reviews. However the new management is amazing. My hot water wasn't working one day, I submitted a maintenance request and it was fixed in hours. Everyone is so nice and friendly !!!! I love that all kinds of dogs are allowed in the complex !!! I love walking around and petting other peoples dogs. The roach problem was one of my main concerns moving in but I have lived here for 6 months and have not seen a single one. They spray weekly. Everyone at the front office is so nice and helpful. The parking a little challenging but they added more spots and you can buy covered parking for only $15 and it's seriously worth it. ALSO TBE A/C IS SO AMAZING !!!! It hasn't been out and my apartment is always at a perfect cool temperature. They give plenty of notice when anything is happening maintenance wise. The bad: No dishwasher in the apartments No garbage disposal No in apartment washing and drying machine No overhead fans or lights in the bedrooms
