  • Good Cajun food is sometime hard to find, so bookmark this place. If you are in the Charlotte, NC are make sure you plan a dinner stop at this establishment. The best Cajun Cookin' I've had outside of Louisiana. The Étouffée was delicious, I had it with Chicken, Shrimp, Crawfish, and Andouille Sausage, and its was perfect. All the protines were cooked perfectly. The spice and flavour was outstanding.
