  • My husband and I have stayed four times in the past year; we adore it. It's our stopping point between Mayo and home. We got the Langdon Studio King three of the four times, and a regular Langdon room once. We will always book the Studio King if we can, to enjoy the added space, and the uninterrupted view of the lake. It makes for a placid stay. The king bed and pillows are extra comfortable, and the bathroom is pretty big, with a shower, separate soaking tub, plus robes, a scale, and in-mirror television. The sitting area includes a table and chairs, plus two other easy chairs near the 60' television. I use the WiFi and can comfortably work. We always order room service as soon as we arrive. I highly recommend the arugula salad. For breakfast, I usually order a Greek yogurt with granola, honey and berries, plus a carafe of coffee to enjoy all morning. The spa is good. I've gotten manicures, pedicures, and the foot treatment. My husband had a deep tissue massage and showed up at the room afterward looking completely blissed out! The pedicure chairs are very comfortable, with an adjustable neck pillow so you can truly let go and relax. What else....car service, a helpful concierge, good restaurants within walking distance...I could truly live here.
