  • Never rent from them. They are the rudest people I have ever met. Kari She lied to me and would had to beg her to give me the contract. She then told me Friday. But she forgot to mention that they where closed on Friday. So I had to call Monday She said she would have to me no later then Wednesday. The contract was very upsetting . So my husband called her to ask a couple of questions. Was 30 minutes. When I told her the next day we will not take the property. She said ok. I said I will tell me husband to call you to get the $1400.00 dollars back. She then told me on the phone. That Kari words where " Your husband wasted 30 minutes on my time. That he is emotional abuser. I will not be taking his phone calls. She then lied to my husband when he went up to ask why. Never was able to do a walk threw with her to put 21 things that where wrong with the house. Never wanted to work with us. She said since it was our fault that we didn't take the house right before Thanksgiving. Therefore then landlord is keeping the money. She never returns phone calls. I had to do all the work about my rental history and give it to them. Please run. Very rude mean people.
