  • Extremely unhappy customer!!! I am so disappointed with Little Baja. My water fountain pump was damaged ONLY 6 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY AND SET UP BY THEIR EMPLOYEES. I called numerous times (mind you, they don't answer calls.) They returned my call days after leaving 3 voicemails. When I emailed photo of fountain and details explaining my situation, they threw me a sentence in return that made absolutely NO sense! How can I run water with a damaged pump that WON'T start? NO HELP! I still tried giving them a chance, waited with lots of patience, considering they might have costumers waiting just like me-- I called one more time couple months later.... Someone picked up, asked me to hold....no problem for me until I was on hold for 20 minutes only for them to hang up on me! 3 months later-- still no help! I should've known Little Baja was no good when they gave me a date for delivery and i had two wait 2 weeks after date that was given to me. Do yourself a favor -- DON'T BOTHER WITH LITTLE BAJA!
