Been to the Toronto location and quality was consistent for both. I did enjoy the pork in toronto more, as it had a more caramelized roasted surface.
Got the miso pork ramen, the thick noodles had the exact texture you want from ramen. Not soggy, just the right bounce.
However, I wished they made a tonkotsu broth. It's more time consuming and harder to perfect but any good ramen place should have it.
Also, the amount of toppings/noodle ratio was pretty good imo.
Takoyaki was not piping hot when you bite into it (big no-no) , but flavour was great.
Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere was comfortable enough despite being crowded on a Friday night.
Prices could be a bit lower (we did get two appetizers and dessert...) but reasonable for the food you're getting I guess.
Came for ramen, left satisfied!
