  • So I had lost the brakes in my truck. Had truck towed to Pep Boys in Murryville. Mark was very helpful and extremely nice on the phone. Unfortunately truck got there after store was closed. Then first thing the next morning Danielle called me and gave me and estimate for the repairs. Now first off my truck has over 250,000 miles on it so it obviously needed a lot. Unfortunately times are tough so could get everything it needed right away. She broke things down for me as to what was most urgent and what could wait till the next pay. So i got the most pressing things done first which ended up going past when they were open. Never had a company stay open just for me. So Danielle and Bill stayed to make sure I got my truck back that day. Best service I have ever had and way above and beyond. Will be calling and bringing truck back next pay to get more work done. A+
