  • if i could give them 0 stars i would. i was away on a business trip & my car was towed for not displaying proper registration even though IT WAS registered & insured. when i went to go get my car, i went out to my car with the guy (puppies & dogs wandering all over the place), i unlocked my car to find my seat pushed all the way back (i'm 5'6) & my floor mats missing. i asked the guy & he said we have no reason to go in your car. needless to say a police report was filed for my floor mats. luckily i had nothing else for these scums to take. my splash guard underneath my car was also completely ruined. when i called & tried to speak to management, i was promised a call back 3 times... never got a call. i called back for a 4th time & the guy i spoke with said he refused to give me his manager because he's the one i need to deal with. he was useless, they refused to fix my car. i hope NO one ever has to deal with these horrible people. if you're car is towed here, CHECK EVERYTHING. make sure NOTHING is missing, make sure there is no damage around, on top or under. learn from my unfortunate situation.
