Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as everyone says...so why not spend it on a Sunday morning overlooking the Bellagio fountains and a stunning view of the new City Center.
We found The Eiffel Tower Restaurant after looking at the crowd gathered at Mon Ami Gabi. Being kinda hungry, we asked the gentleman standing near the Eiffel Tower elevators if the restaurant was open. And there is where our beautiful Sunday brunch begins.
We were seated immediately at a table that overlooked the Vegas strip. We were greeted by our server, Stephen, was extremely knowledgeable about the brunch menu and gave us a few moments to look over the menu while he brought us coffee & a bottle of Perrier.
I ordered the French toast - brioche covered in carmelized bananas, pecans, whipped cream and served with a side of bacon. 'Bacon is good for me' - I don't order French toast very often but this was the best thing since sliced bread. My honey ordered the Eggs Benedict - a smaller portion that we expected, but very tasty with chorizo.
The food was excellent and the view itself makes the dining experience complete. I will definitely come back here again for brunch! It's reasonably priced (compared to their dinner menu), but like I said breakfast is the most important meal of the day ;)
Cheers!
