rev:text	Although I think the actual mall is great, there are a couple of big flaws so I'm hoping management reads these reviews. First.....the children's play area is disgusting and has been for awhile. Today it was closed for repairs and I can only hope it's because there are redoing the ENTIRE area. Some play items are TAPED! Really! It's been taped for almost a year. I realized it can't be cheap to keep these types of play areas going, but if it can't be kept clean, it should be taken down. Next is the train ride. First, the man was rude when we walked up to the area (20 minutes after the mall opened) and told us in a nasty voice that he wouldn't be ready for at least 20 more minutes. YIKES! This is for kids????? Bad attitude. I bought a pass awhile ago and when doing so was told that it would only be one considered one ride as long as those going were all in the same car. That only happened the first time we rode. Since then it's been a battle and they count anyone who rides as a ticket. Bait and switch. Turns out another lady today was arguing the same thing so I know it's being said to sell the pass, but then not being honored as such on return visits. After finally getting onto the train, the "conductor" carried on a long conversation with another man....perhaps the owner/manager...until I finally said....."Are we going to get going soon? There are young children excited to ride." Don't run a kids ride if you are going to be crabby about it!!!! Back to the mall.....you'll like it! (Just don't ride the train or go to the kids area!)
