Where do I begin?
Extremely overpriced. Nothing is complimentary, absolutely nothing. Came during MLK weekend and was hoping to get an upgrade for my wedding anniversary (passed my good friend Mr.Grant to the girl that was checking us in) but supposedly nothing available. In all fairness I was granted a higher floor with a more centered view of the fountain.
The carpet, linens, furniture was clean. The pillows and bed were comfortable. The bathroom was nicely sized but the caulking alongside the shower edge was moldy and needed to be changed. I found a hair, a plastic wrapper, and a bandaid wrapper on the bathroom floor-but whatever.
The walls are paper thin and my room neighbor decided it was okay to turn on the TV at 2:30 in the morning. I noticed a lot of 'girls' & guests that can't handle their alcohol at 6:00 am!!!
Long walk through the casino to reach your room and the smell of cigarettes is overwhelming but the smell of cigars is worse and nauseating. The ventilation on the guest floors is bad-smokey, musty, moldy.
The overall decor and ambiance is nice but I most certainly wished I had booked in the Venetian or Mandarin Oriental. For the amount of money I paid, I would've gotten a far better deal + the crowd there is much classier than what strolls into the Bellagio.
Bottomline, don't squander your money and stay somewhere else.
